The house is located at the village of Amaliapolis. Amaliapolis, also known as Mitzela, is a picturesque seaside village about 55km south of Volos, strategically located on the western side of the Pagasetic Gulf in Greece. The distance from Athens is ca. 270km, with 90-95% of the distance on the National Road, so access is very easy and smooth.

The village is blessed by a unique geography. It is surrounded by hills covered mostly by olive groves and sits in its own closed bay with a small island off-shore. It has a gently sloping sandy beach directly accessible from the coastal road (less than 100m from the house) as well as numerous beaches and coves nearby, accessible on foot or by boat.

There are several mini markets, bakeries, restaurants and bars in the village, some of which stay open all year round. It is also popular as a holiday destination in the summer for Greek as well as international tourists - some of which fell so in love with the place that they built their own villas there.

The house and/or separate guesthouses are also available for rent upon request.
